The field of Human Resources is tasked with strategically sourcing, developing and retaining leading talent. There are millions of companies worldwide competing in a dog-eat-dog style battle royale to employ the highest qualified personnel. A business can only ever be as good as its people.

I follow a unique approach, developed through comprehensive research and countless trial-and-error. My human capital management philosophy is based upon the Golden Rule. Business cannot succeed in the 21st Century if it does not place its people first and conduct business with complete integrity. People are not merely “capital” or “resources”, they are people – the healthiest and most productive organizations develop their operations with this in mind.
